The location is central, and the staff was helpful. My room had good temperature control. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The room cleaning service was punctual and polite.

My room did not have much of a view.

I found the staff very helpful and polite. They seemed well trained and genuine in their desire to assist. The location is good, I considered it clean, quiet, and safe. I liked the high tech rooms. Some people WILL love this feature and others might not.

The entry from georgia street IS not open until 11am. This is strange because georgia street is the main street. You have to get out of the back alley and go around.

Staff provided attentive service throughout the stay. Requests were handled promptly. Room service operated around the clock and offered varied options. The concierge was helpful with directions and local information.

excellent stay with harbour views

harbour view separate tub

i had a great room on the 21st floor with views of the harbour and a big separate tub. bath salts and rubber ducks were included. the bed, pillows, and towels were all luxurious. room service was fast and good, i liked the location too.

the entrance felt pretentious because the lobby is at the back of the hotel and the main entrance involves walking through a lounge. i didn't like that part. but the rest was good.

the room featured a digital panel to manage climate, lights, and window shades. high quality finishings were noticeable throughout, complemented by large hd tvs. the bed was firm, offering a restful night's sleep.

The room was very clean. i found the bed firm. It provided excellent support. the hotel's location allowed convenient access to nearby attractions and restaurants. valet parking was quick and efficient each time I needed my car.
