i had a great room on the 21st floor with views of the harbour and a big separate tub. bath salts and rubber ducks were included. the bed, pillows, and towels were all luxurious. room service was fast and good, i liked the location too.
the entrance felt pretentious because the lobby is at the back of the hotel and the main entrance involves walking through a lounge. i didn't like that part. but the rest was good.

the room featured a digital panel to manage climate, lights, and window shades. high quality finishings were noticeable throughout, complemented by large hd tvs. the bed was firm, offering a restful night's sleep.

the rooftop hot tub offered relaxation opportunities. the hotel provides clear fanny packs and wristlets with carabiners. i found the fitness center well-equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes; everything was clean.

the hotel is situated centrally, providing easy access to shops, restaurants and local attractions. i found it convenient to walk around. access to public transport was also straightforward for getting around.!

The room was very clean. i found the bed firm. It provided excellent support. the hotel's location allowed convenient access to nearby attractions and restaurants. valet parking was quick and efficient each time I needed my car.
the lighting in some areas looked a little dim.
